Who doesn't love a no-fuss returns policy?
Receive a full refund on all goods where returns are initiated within 14 days of delivery.
As long as they are in as-new condition and returned with the packaging they arrived in.
To get the ball rolling on a return, just email us at hello@kennedyhoelscher.com.au with your order number and we'll send our return address for you to post your unwanted goods back.

Each item is handcrafted to order so as soon as your order is placed, we get to work! You should get a tracking notification within 2-5 of business days. If an order is urgent (oops that last minute gift) get in touch and we can speed your order up.
We make your belt to fit you - no more one size fits all aka 10 hole belts. Head over to our Size Guide page to make sure you order the perfect fit.
Absolutely! Instead of hand stitching on our buckles, we can use solid brass or stainless steel snaps so you can easily switch one of our buckles out for a Trophy Buckle.
Just leave a note in checkout for snaps or get in touch to design your perfect strap.
